Cinch and Connect Training

These trainings are well worth the time invested. These tools will be invaluable to running your business.

The CINCH

The CINCH program for BA's is very basic in that it allows you to go directly to your 'dubli.com' or 'dublinetwork.com' sites through the program without entering usernames and passwords. It WILL NOT however allow you to send free credits.

Here is one option to send your credits.

We recommend that you send credits through your
www.dubli.com/BAnumber site (5 at a time) after you have called the person and given them a basic understanding of the advantages of using the credits and how the auctions work. This best done after the Australia/NZ site goes live on November 4th.

Here is a second option.

This is a subscription site at the moment so you need to evaluate whether or not this will present value to you.

We recommend that you listen to a few of the training videos below and make a business decision based on goals and intended scale that you have set for your DubLi business.

Keep in mind that a business person will ask 'what is my return on investment'? whereas a non business person will focus on cost alone.

How to generate a solid virally expanding customer base while being credit savvy!

1)
Send 5 credits to the prospective customer using the ‘Share Credits’ button on the CINCH.

Customise the email you are sending.  Here is an example that I have done (please email me with any further suggestions ):

2) Call the person that you sent the email to and set up a time to speak with them when they are on their computer

The email may have gone to their ‘Junk’ folder. Help them show any future emails from DubLi as ‘safe sender’ (usually a right click on the email and ‘add to safe sender list)

3) Use the script to the right  to go through the site (don’t forget that built into the script is a mechanism to, in a subtle way determine their interest in a DubLi License – whether they are interested in this or not they can still be registered as a customer )

Highlight the benefits of DubLi launching Australia/NZ in this fashion:

·       Launch in a market with existing volume / quicker price drops

·       Starting Price already lower that AU/NZ retail prices . This combined with reverse auction will more
        than offset any additional freight charge.

·       Strong $AU/$US – near parity  - credits cheaper and cost of item better for us.

·       Many people shop from US now- up to date products , delivery times have increased


4) You can help them register and download the cinch and then use the credits to look at some items.

 Show them how to buy more credits and explain the ‘Tell a Friend ‘ system and its benefit to them (free  credits) .

5) Offer them another 5 free credits for the first 10 credits that they buy (ask them to email you
  when they have)

6) Tell them you will keep in touch with informative emails and by phone to see how they are going. If they
    are interested in the License proceed as per ‘Getting Started’ system / email template A etc.


You obviously need to familiarise yourself with the new look site before sending out credit invitations. Bid on some auctions and you can then speak from personal knowledge and experience.

If you go the Unique Bid Auctions you will find that you can bid on a $500US Gift Card that finishes at 12.30(QLD) or 1.30pm (NSW) time. Typically, the lowest Unique Bid is usually between 70 - 98% of the card value! This is like buying cash! (insert the auctions that are current at time of email)

For those who have not yet registered, this is just a reminder that once you have  clicked on the link in the email that I sent you to redeem the free credits you will be prompted to download the CINCH.

This is an application that sits on your desktop and streamlines the whole process of bidding  on the auctions and shopping online.

You will normally be prompted to download Adobe Air and Adobe Flash if they are not on your computer.

Once you have registered, you will notice that you have a credit balance at the top of the CINCH. You can purchase and upload new credits at any time by clicking on the 'Credits' button on the CINCH.

Don't forget that we will send you another 5 free credits once you have uploaded your first 10 DubLi credits. Just email us  to let us know.

You can also receive 5 free credits by recommending DubLi to a friend.  You can do this on your CINCH or by using the 'Tell a Friend' button on the top right of  your personalised Auction page (after you log in).

You can log in on any computer to use the auctions through www.dubli-connect.com or www.dubli.com by just using your email address and password.
